Role Overview
As a Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving branch performance, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the effective delivery of financial services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating the activities of Relationship Officers.
- Overseeing loan disbursement processes and ensuring timely collections.
- Strengthening customer relationships to encourage retention and repeat business.
- Verifying businesses and assessing loan eligibility based on business inventories.
- Achieving and exceeding branch performance targets.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and expand loan disbursement.
- Conduct business verification to determine loan eligibility.
- Manage loan repayment collections and minimize defaults.
- Drive sales activities to meet and surpass targets.
- Analyze branch performance and implement improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Salary: N130,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
