Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Implement Audit Plans: Design and execute risk-based audit plans aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate Internal Controls: Assess the effectiveness of internal control systems and risk management frameworks. Identify weaknesses and recommend practical solutions.
• Audit Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting key findings, recommendations, and actionable strategies.
• Fraud Detection & Prevention: Apply forensic audit techniques to detect and mitigate fraudulent activities. Collaborate with management to implement preventive measures.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and spearhead process improvements by integrating technology and data analytics into audit operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Professional certifications are a plus.
• At least five (5) years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a commercial bank, with at least two (2) years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Auditing: Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal control evaluation.
• Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations and standards (e.g., NDPR, AML/CFT/CPF, IFRS).
• Financial & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency in financial analysis, and experience with data analytics.
