Job Title: Mortgage Broker
Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients in securing mortgage financing for homes or investment properties.
- Stay informed about changes in mortgage regulations and product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Analyze clients’ financial situations to offer tailored mortgage recommendations.
- Collaborate with lenders and other stakeholders to secure mortgage approvals.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in mortgage banking, finance, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and regulations.
Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 per month.
