Job Title: Outlet Cashier

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

As an Outlet Cashier, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations and ensuring the safekeeping of funds. Your duties will include:

• Recording all food and beverage sales accurately in the POS system.
• Recording any complimentary meals or guest services provided by the outlet.
• Entering opening and closing check numbers into the Night Auditor’s logbook and ensuring checks are used in sequence.
• Opening guest checks in the POS system, processing orders, splitting or transferring tables, and settling payments via cash, room charge, credit card, or city ledger.
• Preparing the cashier’s summary at the end of your shift and matching it with the POS reading.
• Printing and reconciling transaction lists from credit card machines with physical checks and POS readings.
• Preparing deposit envelopes, recording amounts in the cashier’s deposit sheet, and placing deposits securely in the Front Office safe with a signed witness.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.

Salary

₦80,000 per month.
