Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with different painting methods, surface preparation, and finishing techniques. You will be responsible for ensuring all painting projects are completed with quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and screeding.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Mix and match paint colors to meet design or repair requirements.
• Ensure waterproofing and damp-proofing processes are properly applied.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND, SSCE, GCE, or NECO qualification.
• 3 to 12 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
• Understanding of screeding, waterproofing, and damp-proofing methods.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver neat, accurate work.
• Good physical stamina and time management skills.

Salary

₦140,000 – ₦160,000 per month
