Job Title: People Operations Intern
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Role Overview

As a People Operations Intern, you will support the HR team in recruitment, candidate management, and employer branding. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain practical experience in human resources and talent acquisition within a fast-growing health technology company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open roles
• Manage job postings across multiple job boards and social media platforms
• Conduct initial interviews and phone screenings with potential hires
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors
• Track and update candidate databases and pipelines
• Support in creating recruitment materials and job descriptions
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and HR projects

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

Desirable Qualities

• Prior internship or experience in recruitment or talent management
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience using social media for recruitment and branding
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary

N120,000 – N150,000 per month
