Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Reliance Health, you will oversee pharmacy operations across multiple locations, ensuring the procurement, supply chain management, and dispensing of high-quality medications to patients nationwide. You will be working closely with a team of pharmacy technicians to deliver the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and track pharmacy program efficiency and patient satisfaction, constantly seeking ways to improve.
  • Analyze pharmacy performance data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and input essential data to track key pharmacy metrics.
  • Provide training and mentorship to healthcare staff on pharmacy procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance the overall patient experience and medication management.
  • Develop and evaluate strategies to optimize pharmacy operations.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) degree from an accredited institution.
  • 0 – 1 year of post-NYSC clinical experience in clinics, hospitals, community, or retail settings.
  • Expertise in counseling and educating patients on primary care conditions such as those affecting children, adults, and antenatal/postnatal care.
  • Experience in counseling patients with chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and peptic ulcers.
  • Research or data analysis experience with large data sets using tools like Excel or Stata is a plus.
  • Experience managing a team, including technicians, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and review.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex medical concepts in clear, understandable language.
