Job Details
We are looking for a Pool Attendant who will ensure the safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of the swimming pool area while providing excellent customer service to all guests.
Role Overview
The Pool Attendant will oversee daily pool operations, assist swimmers, and maintain a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate should be attentive, responsible, and capable of offering basic swimming assistance when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the swimming pool area to ensure the safety of guests
- Provide assistance to swimmers and offer basic training support when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and order around the pool area
- Check and report any pool equipment or water quality issues
- Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Offer friendly and professional service to guests
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to train and assist swimmers
- Relevant certification or qualification in pool management or lifeguarding is an advantage
Salary
₦60,000 – ₦75,000 monthly
