Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to oversee the performance and lifecycle of our pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will be experienced in product planning, sales execution, and marketing within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product strategies, including market analysis and positioning
• Define effective sales plans for each product and identify suitable sales channels
• Position each product in the market for maximum impact and reach
• Set timelines and sales targets, ensuring execution is tracked and optimized
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to launch and manage campaigns
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Train and support sales teams on product details and selling points
• Ensure all product promotions meet regulatory and quality requirements

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical product management
• Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Must live in or near Onitsha and be available for in-person interviews
