Role Overview
The Production and Inventory Coordinator will oversee the entire production process, track materials, and ensure smooth communication between the creative, production, and logistics teams. You will help maintain high-quality standards and ensure every collection is delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sampling, production schedules, and quality checks across local ateliers and workshops
- Manage inventory of fabrics, trims, and finished garments using Excel or Airtable
- Track material usage and support cost management for each design
- Supervise finishing, labeling, packaging, and dispatch to ensure consistency with brand standards
- Liaise with logistics partners for deliveries within Nigeria and internationally
- Support fittings, photoshoot preparation, and new collection development
- Prepare weekly reports on stock levels and production updates
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in garment production or fashion operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Airtable
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
