Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Production In-Charge to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will ensure production activities are efficient, safe, and aligned with quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage production schedules effectively to meet output targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations and team performance.
• Set, monitor, and achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Plan and manage production schedules to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health standards.
• Oversee product inspections and maintain strict quality control procedures.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure timely supply of materials.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Plastics Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience in a similar role within a reputable blown film, manufacturing, or packaging company.
• Strong understanding of production planning, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary

₦350,000 monthly.
