Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Production Supervisor to oversee our food production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all production activities meet quality, safety, and quantity standards while minimizing waste and maintaining smooth workflow across all processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities in line with standard operating procedures and food safety regulations.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet set targets.
• Monitor and control material usage to reduce wastage within approved limits.
• Inspect raw materials and supplies to confirm they meet quality specifications.
• Conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages.
• Prepare and submit accurate production reports to the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Food Science, Production Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in food production or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain production standards.

Salary

₦120,000 – ₦130,000 per month
