Job Overview
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our furniture manufacturing unit. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the entire production process and can drive efficiency without compromising quality.

Only candidates with a solid background in furniture production will be considered.

You will be responsible for supervising production workflows, ensuring high-quality output, keeping to deadlines, and upholding safety standards. You must be a strong leader who works well with a team and brings practical experience, professionalism, and a positive attitude to the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily production tasks to ensure timely and efficient output
• Supervise production staff and encourage teamwork to meet targets
• Ensure all finished furniture meets company quality standards before dispatch
• Solve production challenges quickly to avoid delays or product issues
• Monitor cost, time, and quality to support smarter production decisions
• Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized at all times
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canva to create schedules, reports, and visual plans

Requirements

• Must reside in or around Choba, Nta, Ada-George, Rumuola, or New GRA (for easier commute)
• Proven experience in furniture production is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canva
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of furniture materials and processes
• Reliable problem solver with the ability to work under pressure
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is a plus
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
