We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead multiple engineering projects in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership abilities, and extensive technical expertise. This role is key in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while upholding industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple engineering projects.
- Develop strategic project plans, define project goals, and set clear KPIs to measure success.
- Supervise and mentor Project Engineers, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team.
- Create comprehensive project plans that include timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure project adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and ensure project alignment with client expectations.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and stakeholder briefings.
- Oversee project budgets, manage financial risks, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Manage project issues and resolve challenges promptly to maintain project progress.
- Ensure projects comply with relevant industry codes, best practices, and company policies.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold project deliverables’ high standards.
- Provide technical leadership on all engineering and field operations.
- Review and ensure engineering solutions meet both project and client requirements.
- Manage vendor, contractor, and third-party consultant relationships.
- Oversee procurement processes and review contracts to ensure compliance with terms.
- Develop performance tracking frameworks, report on key project metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future execution.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- At least 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including a minimum of 5 years in project management.
- Proven success in managing complex projects within the oil and gas sector.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Expertise in well intervention operations and seismic data acquisition and processing techniques.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel to field locations as required.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- An advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Engineering) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of HSE regulations and industry best practices.
Work Location and Conditions
- Office-based role with frequent visits to field and site locations.
- Extended working hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
- Ability to handle pressure in dynamic and evolving project environments.
