Role Overview

The Provider Manager will oversee and manage relationships with healthcare providers within the IHMS network. This role involves ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, coordinating with internal departments for efficient service delivery, and maintaining strong partnerships that enhance the overall quality of care offered to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers across the network.

• Monitor provider performance and ensure compliance with service and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with the Claims Department to review and validate medical claims.

• Support the Call Center in resolving provider-related issues and inquiries.

• Participate in the onboarding, credentialing, and training of new healthcare providers.

• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and internal policies.

• Provide data and feedback to management for continuous improvement in provider operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.

• 3–5 years’ proven experience in provider network management or a similar role.

• Solid understanding of healthcare operations, standards, and regulatory frameworks.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Salary

₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month.
