Role Overview

The QHSE Supervisor will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301. The role involves ensuring compliance with all quality, health, safety, and environmental standards while promoting continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the company’s Integrated Management System.
  • Monitor compliance with QHSE policies, standards, and legal requirements.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess IMS effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct internal audits, site inspections, and investigations into incidents or accidents.
  • Support the development and review of safety procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Provide regular QHSE reports to management and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and environmental responsibility across all teams.
  • Coordinate safety training sessions and awareness programs for employees.
  • Evaluate risk assessments and ensure proper communication of safety measures to all departments.
  • Participate in management review meetings and client QHSE discussions.
  • Assist with external audits and ensure readiness for compliance evaluations.
  • Oversee waste management and ensure environmental standards are followed on all sites.
  • Support the Group and Local QHSE teams in maintaining operational excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certified Lead Auditor in at least one management system (QMS, EMS, OHSMS, or BCMS).
  • Professional certification such as NEBOSH is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in QHSE supervision or management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven experience conducting audits and safety investigations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 80%).
