Location: Abuja, Nigeria (Willingness to travel nationwide required)
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Working Days: Monday to Friday (flexible for occasional weekend assignments)
Salary Range: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000/month + field allowances and travel compensation

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Real Estate Field Verification Officer to perform on-site inspections, verify land ownership, and conduct due diligence across Abuja and other Nigerian states. The role requires precision, honesty, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inspections and field verification of land and properties.
• Verify ownership documents such as Certificates of Occupancy, Deeds, Survey Plans, and other legal documents with AGIS and relevant registries.
• Cross-check coordinates, boundary markers, and land details against official records.
• Engage property owners, local agents, and authorities for clarifications.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and well-documented verification reports with supporting photos.
• Travel within Abuja and to other Nigerian states for verification tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or BSc in Estate Management, Land Administration, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of land documentation and verification procedures.
• Ability to identify fraudulent or altered land documents.
• Good communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Based in Abuja or willing to relocate.
• Surveying or basic GPS mapping knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work independently.
