Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate clinical competence, and maintain a strong commitment to patient safety and well-being. This role requires excellent judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients using established clinical and ethical standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications safely and monitor patients for any adverse effects.
• Manage intravenous therapy and operate relevant medical equipment.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
• Follow all infection control procedures and ensure a clean, safe clinical environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Registered and licensed Nurse with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) license.
• Minimum of two years of practical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
• Empathetic and attentive to patient needs.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.

Salary

₦100,000 – ₦120,000 monthly.
