ADX Credit Limited is a fast-growing financial services company, fully incorporated on October 9, 2019. We obtained our license on September 10, 2019, and began full lending operations the same year. Initially operating from Leadspace Facility at 17/21 Akinsanya, Ojodu Berger, we are now located at 26, Odozi Street, Ojodu Berger, Lagos State.
We are currently hiring a Relationship Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Identify and engage prospective customers (individuals and businesses) to open deposit accounts
- Build lasting relationships to drive long-term deposits
- Expand customer base and enhance deposit mobilization
- Promote savings, fixed, and recurring deposit products to both new and existing clients
Product Promotion and Sales
- Clearly communicate the benefits of all deposit offerings
- Conduct market research to align products with customer needs
- Lead promotional campaigns and events to generate interest
- Help customers understand and select suitable deposit accounts
Account Opening and Documentation
- Support customers through the account opening process
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulations
Customer Support and Retention
- Deliver excellent service and resolve customer inquiries
- Follow up to maintain satisfaction and foster account growth
- Monitor deposit trends and identify cross-selling opportunities
Target Achievement
- Meet or surpass individual and team deposit targets
- Report on personal performance to management regularly
Market Intelligence
- Keep up with market trends and competitor activities
- Share customer feedback and suggest improvements to deposit offerings
Compliance and Risk Management
- Follow all institutional policies and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain customer data privacy and security
Networking and Community Engagement
- Build strategic relationships with businesses and community leaders
- Represent the institution at local events to drive visibility
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in relationship management or deposit mobilization
