Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial operations of a restaurant. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate financial records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and provide valuable financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
• Track daily sales, expenses, and inventory-related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian tax laws, pensions, and other statutory deductions.
• Support payroll processing and maintain staff-related financial documentation.
• Assist in preparing budgets and monitoring cost control measures.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting (experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantage).
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, payroll management, and statutory remittances.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail, honesty, and reliability.

Salary

₦160,000 per month.
