Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and committed Restaurant Supervisor / Quality Control Officer to manage kitchen operations and ensure food quality standards are maintained. The successful candidate will supervise kitchen staff, enforce hygiene practices, and ensure all meals meet the restaurant’s quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities and staff.
• Monitor food preparation to ensure taste, presentation, and overall quality.
• Enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Carry out regular quality checks on raw materials and finished meals.
• Manage inventory levels and liaise with procurement for supplies.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns related to food quality.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on quality procedures and standards.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Food Quality Officer or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Gender: Female.

Salary

N150,000 – N200,000 per month
