Role Overview

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily operations, support team members, and ensure a great dining experience for our customers. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service and team coordination.
• Monitor product availability and presentation in line with the restaurant’s product schedule.
• Anticipate and resolve any issues that may affect product availability or customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely stock requisition to prevent shortages.
• Manage staff performance and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Investigate and resolve any product or cash shortages immediately.
• Oversee the use of restaurant equipment, including microwaves, chillers, P.O.S systems, and computers, ensuring proper handling.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
• Ensure proper closing procedures, including cashier reconciliation, cleanliness of the dining area, resetting tables and chairs, turning off lights and appliances, and securing the premises.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive, organized, and attentive to details.
• Must reside within Egbeda or nearby areas.

Salary

₦120,000 – ₦130,000 per month.
