Role Overview

Swift Networks Limited is seeking passionate and result-driven Sales Agents to join our dynamic sales team in Lagos. The ideal candidates will live within the Lekki or Mainland areas and have a strong interest in sales, customer service, and business growth.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to promote Swift’s products and services while earning a steady base income plus attractive commissions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert new customer leads in assigned territories.
• Present and promote Swift Networks’ products and services to potential clients.
• Conduct basic cost-benefit analysis to understand customer needs.
• Achieve agreed sales targets within set timelines.
• Ensure all customer activations are properly completed and documented.
• Maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers.
• Provide management with regular reports on customer needs, feedback, and market insights.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must reside in Lekki or Mainland, Lagos.
• Proven passion for sales and a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
• Minimum Qualification: Monotechnic Certificate.
• Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Upper Division – 2:1).
  Candidates with this qualification will be considered for future Sales Executive opportunities.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₦70,000
• Commission: ₦4,000 per successful activation
• Performance-based earning potential.
