Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Ikeja. This role involves developing marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and promoting TMI’s services to drive growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers, including SMEs, online vendors, and individuals
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to promote TMI’s services
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Develop partnerships with small businesses, vendors, and trade associations
• Conduct field marketing activities such as business visits and flyer distribution
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality
• Track marketing activities and prepare weekly reports on leads, conversions, and campaign results

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in logistics is an added advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills
• Target-driven with a proactive and result-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and business hubs
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently

• Monthly Salary: N80,000 – N140,000
