Reports to: Sales/Marketing Manager or Head of Business Development

Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and executing marketing strategies that drive business results.

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities
• Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver compelling product or service presentations to close deals
• Negotiate pricing and terms that benefit both the company and the client

Marketing Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Assist with online and offline marketing campaigns
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events
• Track and report on marketing and sales performance

Customer Relationship Management

• Provide top-notch customer support before and after sales
• Follow up on feedback to resolve issues and strengthen customer satisfaction
• Maintain and update customer records and sales activities using CRM software

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 3 to 7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing roles
• Strong grasp of sales processes and marketing tactics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Ability to work independently and hit performance targets
• Experience in real estate, FMCG, or finance is a plus
• A valid driver’s license is an advantage, especially for field roles
