About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Executive to drive sales activities and achieve ambitious targets within our real estate firm. This position is designed for experienced professionals who are confident, results-driven, and capable of exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Conversion: Independently identify, develop, and convert prospective clients into successful sales.
• Deal Management: Oversee the entire sales process from first contact to closing, ensuring smooth and effective transactions.
• Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and use this insight to drive business growth.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven success in sales, ideally within the real estate sector.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Remuneration

Salary: N120,000 monthly, plus attractive commissions based on performance.
