Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. This role requires working in a team to market insurance products, meet sales targets, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s insurance products to potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong client base.
• Prepare weekly sales reports to track personal and team performance.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships through consistent communication and support.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (BA/BSc/HND).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing; experience in insurance is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Good presentation and customer service skills.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.

Salary

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month, with performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.
