Role Overview

The Sales Expert will be responsible for driving revenue growth across major pharmaceutical markets while strengthening product visibility and client relationships. The role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales dynamics, market trends, and effective customer engagement. The ideal candidate will work remotely while actively managing field relationships in their assigned state.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the pharmaceutical market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare providers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide sales strategy.
• Promote company products and provide accurate product information to clients.
• Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical markets and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations remotely.

Salary

Monthly remuneration: Above ₦500,000 (Salary + Commission).
