Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and business-oriented Sales / Marketing Executive to support our client’s Rencare operations in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales process—from lead generation to deal closure—while also developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets within the Ibadan market.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships to grow Rencare’s customer base.
• Plan and run marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and offline platforms, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community representatives, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales results, marketing performance, and business forecasts for management review.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Good understanding of the Ibadan market. Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service industry is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM systems.
