Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in the showroom, present furniture and design options, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and the design team to achieve excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients to the showroom and identify their needs.
• Present furniture, fabric, and design options in a professional manner.
• Prepare and send quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
• Maintain an up-to-date record of clients and sales activities using spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Work with the design team to prepare pricing and project timelines.
• Manage sample materials, including fabric swatches and catalogs.
• Prepare weekly sales reports for management.
• Attend site visits and client meetings when required.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of OND or HND in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in furniture or interior design.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Attention to detail and a professional attitude.

Salary

₦100,000 – ₦120,000 per month.
