Role Overview
The Sales Representative (Pharmacy) plays an important role in supporting daily pharmacy operations. This position involves assisting customers, managing sales transactions, restocking products, and ensuring the store remains well-organized. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with selecting prescription and non-prescription products.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain proper stock levels by receiving, unpacking, labeling, and displaying items.
- Keep the pharmacy area neat, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Provide accurate information about product features, usage, and pricing (without offering medical advice).
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in pharmacy or retail sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N45,000 monthly.
