We are looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, a good understanding of compliance, and the ability to deliver accurate and timely financial reports.

Role Overview

The Senior Accountant will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, maintain compliance with regulations, and provide financial insights that support business decisions. You will also assist in improving accounting processes and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate audit processes.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.
• Support process improvements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Professional certification such as ICAN is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Tally.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel with attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary

₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month.
