Position: Senior Analyst
Location: Wuse 2, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-Time (on-site)
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for urgent tasks)

Role Overview

The Senior Analyst will play a key role in managing project workstreams, conducting research, developing strategic documents, and supporting program implementation across various sectors. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and control project scope, schedules, and communication plans

• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis

• Develop strategy frameworks, feasibility studies, and solution designs

• Prepare documentation including business cases, process flows, and fit-gap analyses

• Support system design and collaborate with developers and end-users

• Lead report creation, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with service-level standards and project quality expectations

• Guide project teams and coordinate stakeholder collaboration

• Manage client relationships and facilitate smooth communication between teams

• Contribute to proposal development, product enhancement, and operational support

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience in consulting, strategy, project management, or business analysis

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

• Proficiency in data interpretation and report writing

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Ability to manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical environments

• Familiarity with public or private sector project delivery is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Pay: From ₦300,000 (inclusive of logistics allowance)
