Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing tech team. This role focuses on enhancing and optimizing existing backend applications, improving code quality, and ensuring a smooth user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, reusable code
• Build scalable and sustainable backend applications
• Identify and fix bugs while enhancing overall performance
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend logic

• Translate business and design requirements into technical solutions
• Develop internal libraries and tools for long-term efficiency
• Mentor and support fellow engineers
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to inform product improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5 years industry experience in backend software development
• Strong background in algorithms, data structures, and system design
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, .NET Core
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, RPC, and SQL databases
• Familiar with DevOps principles and source code management tools
• Skilled in technical documentation and API writing
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello
