What You’ll Do
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be at the heart of product development, using data to refine customer experiences, launch financial products, and drive meaningful change. You will turn complex data into clear insights that guide product and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain accurate sales and performance reports
- Apply forecasting models to support strategic planning
- Automate data processes to improve team efficiency
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
- Solve analytical challenges with innovative solutions
- Monitor and interpret KPIs to track business and user trends
- Use storytelling with data to present actionable insights
- Collaborate across product, design, research, and engineering to improve user experience
- Mentor teams on data best practices and lead data experimentation
- Provide strategic input on product roadmaps and success metrics
- Translate business questions into technical solutions alongside cross-functional teams
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics roles, preferably in B2C or FinTech
- Advanced SQL skills for deep data exploration and problem-solving
- Strong background in experimentation, statistics, and causal inference
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Proven ability to design metrics frameworks that drive user insights
- Strategic problem-solving mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across departments
