Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Software Architect to design, develop, and lead the delivery of complex software systems. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape our tech stack, define scalable architectures, and drive innovation in our digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and scaling of secure, high-performance software systems
• Provide technical mentorship to development teams and review code
• Align software architecture with business goals and user needs
• Select tools, technologies, and frameworks that meet project requirements
• Identify and resolve performance, security, and technical debt issues
• Champion software engineering best practices and coding standards
• Maintain architectural documentation and system diagrams
• Stay up to date with technology trends and continuously improve architecture
• Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to deliver robust solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (Minimum 2:1 or First Class)
• 10+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years in architecture
• Proficiency in Python and Java
• Solid understanding of system-level software and hardware interactions
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architecture
• Expertise in microservices design and implementation
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, distributed systems, and software security
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent debugging, performance analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant industry certifications are a plus
