Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Wellness Officer to manage and deliver wellness programs, drive health promotion initiatives, and provide valuable health insights to clients. This role supports organizational wellness by encouraging preventive care and healthier living.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage wellness initiatives including lifestyle promotion and preventive screenings
• Review and onboard quality fitness providers based on location, partnerships, and cost-effectiveness
• Develop health-focused content in collaboration with digital and marketing teams
• Create and distribute wellness newsletters tailored to client needs and current health trends
• Analyze data from health assessments and provide actionable recommendations to client organizations
• Identify health trends using group analysis and suggest preventive strategies
• Work closely with relationship managers to ensure smooth communication with client HR teams

Qualifications

• MBBS or a related degree from a recognized institution
• Additional postgraduate degree (MPH, MSc, MBA) or professional certification is an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar wellness or health-focused role

Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of the HMO and health services industry
• Intermediate skills in Excel for data analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong writing, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism and time management
