Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Shisha Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent shisha preparation and service, maintain hygiene standards, and deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Shisha Preparation and Service

  • Prepare and serve shisha according to lounge standards and customer preferences
  • Mix and pack shisha flavors accurately to maintain consistency and quality
  • Regularly replace charcoal to ensure smooth and enjoyable smoking sessions
  • Guide guests in choosing suitable flavors or combinations

Equipment Maintenance and Hygiene

  • Clean and sanitize shisha pipes, hoses, and mouthpieces after every use
  • Keep track of shisha flavors, charcoal, and accessories inventory
  • Maintain a clean and organized shisha area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Report equipment issues or shortages promptly to the supervisor

Customer Service

  • Welcome and attend to guests politely and professionally
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle concerns quickly and effectively
  • Inform guests about available flavors and new options
  • Represent the lounge positively through excellent grooming and attitude

Safety and Compliance

  • Follow all fire safety and ventilation rules related to shisha use
  • Educate guests about safe shisha practices
  • Handle charcoal and burners safely to prevent accidents

Teamwork and Support

  • Work closely with the bar and service teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Help set up the lounge before opening and clean up after closing
  • Participate in team meetings and support service improvement efforts
Qualifications and Skills
  • HND, OND, SSCE, GCE, or NECO qualification
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Salary

₦70,000 per month
