Role Overview

Spitze Construction Limited is looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Engineer to manage and oversee daily construction site activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to company quality standards. You will work closely with contractors, managers, and workers to maintain smooth project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize manpower, equipment, and materials needed for each project.
• Supervise and coordinate all site operations and workers.
• Review and interpret construction drawings to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Maintain quality control and adhere to safety regulations on site.
• Liaise with contractors, project managers, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, prepare reports, and keep detailed site records.
• Manage schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Identify and resolve design or construction issues as they arise.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and safety standards.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional certification (such as COREN or PMI) is an added advantage.
• Must currently reside in Abuja.
