We are looking for a skilled AC Technician to join our team. If you have expertise in air conditioning systems, troubleshooting, and repair, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Install various air conditioning systems, including central AC, split units, and window units, according to project specifications.
• Test systems for leaks, maintain refrigerant levels, and ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning filters, coils, and ducts.
• Repair or replace faulty components like compressors, motors, thermostats, and coils.
• Diagnose and fix system issues, including refrigerant leaks, electrical faults, and airflow problems.
• Provide emergency repair services when required, particularly during peak seasons.
• Ensure all installed and repaired systems operate efficiently.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, work performed, and parts used.
• Follow all safety regulations, including proper handling of refrigerants and electrical components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• HND / OND or a recognized certification in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) is preferred.
• Proven experience as an AC Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repairs.
• Familiarity with refrigerants, electrical components, and HVAC tools.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment for system evaluation and repair.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons.
• Physical fitness for tasks that involve lifting, bending, and working in tight spaces.
• Good time management and task prioritization skills.

Working Conditions

• Full-time role with possible overtime during busy periods.
• May require travel to different work locations.
• Work environments include residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• May involve working in hot or confined spaces.
• Six-day work week.
