Role Overview
We are hiring a skilled Social Media Ads Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The role involves crafting high-performing ad content, targeting the right audience, managing budgets, and delivering results that drive brand growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute advertising strategies tailored to specific business goals
- Launch and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and short-form videos
- Define target audiences and optimize ad performance using data insights
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and track ROI
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
- Work closely with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure campaign alignment
- Provide reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in social media advertising
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and other platform tools
- Experience with campaign setup, A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget optimization
- Solid grasp of marketing strategies and digital advertising principles
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate data into insights
- Creative mindset with ability to produce scroll-stopping content
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Good time management to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously

Salary Range
₦300,000 – ₦500,000 Monthly
