We are currently hiring a Social Media & Content Creation Intern

Job Summary

This role is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in a creative and fast-moving environment. The intern will help showcase our properties through engaging content, manage our social platforms, and contribute to campaigns that attract and engage our audience.

Location: Lekki Ajah, Lagos

Employment Type: NYSC

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop text, images, and videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and our website.
• Content Calendar: Plan and schedule posts to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.
• Community Management: Interact with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Trend Awareness: Research and apply the latest social media trends to boost reach and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work with the marketing and real estate teams to achieve shared objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in social media platforms and digital content creation.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other editing apps.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Interest in real estate will be an added advantage.

Salary Range

N100,000 – N300,000 per month
