Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Social Media and Content Creator to manage our online presence and tell our brand story creatively. The ideal candidate should be skilled in building online communities, developing engaging content, and achieving measurable growth across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a data-driven social media strategy that aligns with company goals
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content including text, photos, videos, reels, and stories across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Google My Business
• Maintain weekly and monthly content calendars to support promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns
• Monitor and analyze performance using social media analytics tools and prepare monthly KPI reports
• Manage social media advertising campaigns including paid ads, influencer partnerships, and sponsored content to maximize ROI
• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to enhance brand visibility
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align content with company objectives
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms
• Research competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual content creation skills
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite
• Experience with social media advertising tools like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and influencer marketing is an advantage
• Excellent organization and project management skills
• Creative mindset with basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut)

• Monthly Salary: N130,000 – N180,000 (based on experience)
