Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to help shape and grow our brand’s online presence. You’ll be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social channels, and building a strong community that connects with our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a clear social media strategy that aligns with business goals
- Create engaging content across formats – text, graphics, video – tailored for each platform
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts using social media tools
- Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions
- Monitor trends and adapt content strategies to stay relevant
- Track performance metrics and optimize content using data insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to support wider marketing campaigns
- Work with influencers and brand partners to expand reach
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all platforms
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar social media or content creation role
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and other platforms
- Skilled in using design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with analytics platforms to track and improve performance
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling
Bonus Skills
- Experience with paid social campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
