Role Overview

The Social Media Handler will manage and grow the company’s online presence by creating engaging content, building brand awareness, and driving audience interaction. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and knowledgeable about social media and digital marketing trends, especially in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals.
• Plan, create, and post engaging content such as videos, graphics, captions, and reels across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor and manage daily social media activities, including responding to messages, comments, and inquiries.
• Prepare monthly content calendars that align with marketing campaigns and property promotions.
• Work with the sales and design teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
• Track and report performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Create and manage paid social media advertisements to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Stay informed about current real estate trends, social media updates, and competitor activities.
• Recommend and execute innovative ideas to increase online visibility and audience engagement.

Key Performance Indicators

• Monthly growth in engagement and followers.
• Number of qualified leads generated from social platforms.
• Consistency and quality of published content.
• Response rate to customer messages and inquiries.
• Performance of paid ad campaigns, including ROI and conversions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands (preferably in real estate or lifestyle).
• Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other social media management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Must reside in Gudu or nearby areas.

Salary

₦50,000 – ₦60,000 per month.
