Position: Social Media Handler
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Role Summary
We are looking for an organized, creative, and people-friendly individual to join our team as a Social Media Handler. If you enjoy managing digital content, engaging with online communities, and delivering excellent customer service, we would love to work with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily posts across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a consistent and friendly brand voice across all interactions
• Work with the design team to schedule and publish pre-created content
• Monitor page engagement, respond to tags and mentions
• Provide regular updates and insights to improve engagement
• Track frequently asked questions and client concerns to improve response quality

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts (personal brand or business)
• Must live in Abuja or be available to work from the office at least twice per week
• Experience in real estate or customer service is a plus
