Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead the company’s digital presence. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies, managing content, running campaigns, and driving audience growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies that align with business goals
• Create and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos
• Run paid campaigns and collaborate with influencers to boost reach and visibility
• Respond to messages, comments, and mentions promptly and professionally
• Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay current with digital trends, tools, and platform updates
• Build and maintain strong online communities and follower engagement
• Handle social media issues or reputational risks as needed
• Drive lead generation and audience conversions through content and campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital role
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and related tools
• Familiarity with analytics platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to manage ad campaigns and collaborate with influencers
• Experience with short-form video creation and basic editing
• Understanding of SEO and content strategy
• Strong community management and communication skills

Salary
N150,000 per month
