About the Role
We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing and expanding our social media presence, creating engaging content, and boosting brand awareness.
The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about digital trends and community building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strong social media strategy across all platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish original, high-quality content including text, images, and videos
- Monitor social media metrics and use insights to optimize performance
- Grow and manage online communities by responding to comments and messages in a brand-consistent voice
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Run paid advertising campaigns when needed and provide performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
- Proficient with major social media platforms and management tools
- Strong copywriting and editing abilities
- Basic design skills using tools such as Canva
- Experience analyzing social media performance and applying insights
- High creativity, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
- A good sense for design, digital trends, and creating attention-grabbing content
Salary
N200,000 per month
