Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across different social media platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, plan and execute marketing campaigns, and build strong brand awareness. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all online activities reflect the company’s values and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and share engaging daily content such as photos, videos, stories, and captions.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and boost sales.
• Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent posting that aligns with ongoing campaigns.
• Monitor trends, comments, and messages to interact and build relationships with followers.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute product photo shoots and video content.
• Track and report performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, updates, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience managing social media pages for a business or brand (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and audience engagement techniques.
• Good photography and video-editing skills using mobile or professional tools.
• Excellent writing and storytelling ability for captions and campaigns.
• Creative mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva is an advantage.
• Must live within Gbagada, Yaba, or nearby areas in Lagos.

Salary

₦80,000 – ₦150,000 per month
