Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence. In this role, you will manage and grow our social media channels with engaging content, community management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more
• Design and post engaging content including stories, reels, carousels, and other multimedia formats
• Use editing tools to create high-quality visuals and videos
• Track social media trends and best practices to improve content reach and engagement
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with the design, product, and marketing teams to keep messaging consistent
• Monitor performance using KPIs and prepare regular analytics reports

Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience managing social media accounts
• Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
• Proficient in editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar apps
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple platforms
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Up-to-date with social media trends and audience engagement strategies

Bonus Skills

• Experience running paid social campaigns
• Familiarity with social analytics tools
• Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing

Salary
₦300,000 – ₦350,000 per month
